Elite Kids Boot Camp Policies and Procedures:
Payment Terms: By signing below I verify that I understand the payment terms and understand that fees outlined below will apply should I decide or need to cancel or reschedule.
1) All participants must be dropped off and picked up at designated location for each day at boot camp
2) All payment must be received prior to start of boot camp sessions
3) There will be a $1 per minute fee, if late in picking up your child after session
4) I understand that all cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of $50.
5) I understand that any missed days will NOT be refunded or credited.
6) I understand that any rescheduling is at the discretion of the director.
7) Missed days will not be refunded or credited
8) If disciplinary action is necessary and child is asked to leave boot camp, there will be no refund of payment for that session.
